✦ Terms Of Service ✦

✧ By commissioning, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to my Terms of Service.

✦ Payment ✦✧ Full payment is required upfront through Ko-fi. I take EUR and USD. If you have issues with Ko-fi, I will send you an invoice via PayPal/Stripe.✦ Age ✦✧ My commissions are available to clients aged 16+. Suggestive commissions and artistic nudity are 18+ only.✦ Contact & Updates ✦✧ You can contact me through Ko-fi/Instagram/Discord @swarienn
✧ Simple requests can be made directly through Ko-fi. For more complex requests, such as detailed backgrounds, please let me know beforehand so I can confirm whether I can take them on.
✧ I automatically send WIP updates at the sketch, lineart, and color stages for your approval before moving forward.
✧ Final art piece will be delivered through email.✦ Turnaround ✦✧ Up to 5 days, depending on the queue and my university schedule. Please keep in mind that waiting time for client responses does not count towards the 5-day turnaround time.✦ Edits ✦✧ Please communicate any requested changes before rendering.
✧ Once rendering is finished, I cannot make edits unless the artwork is flat-colored.✦ Usage ✦✧ My watermark will not be removed, it's my artist credit and my art will not be altered.
✧ I may post the finished artwork on social media.
✧ Credit is required when posting, don't claim my art as your own.
✧ No commercial use.✦ Cancellation & Refunds ✦✧ I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason.
✧ Refunds are only available before I start the sketch. Once the sketch has started, I do not offer refunds during the process, as I do not provide refunds for work that is already in progress.✦ References ✦✧ Please keep references SFW or suggestive.
✧ I do not accept AI-generated references or references created with the help of AI.
✧ If you suspect that a reference you want to use may be AI-generated, please ask me before commissioning and provide the artist so I can look into it myself. This helps avoid refunds when I discover that a reference violates my anti-AI policy.✦ I do ✦✧ I accept SFW, suggestive and artistic nudity commissions. (I can add nipples if requested but I don't draw genitalia.)
✧ I draw anthro and feral furries of any species and stylized humans.
✧ I accept artwork containing blood.✦ I don't do ✦✧ Anything that falls into NSFW, such as genitalia exposure or explicit sexual content.
✧ Gore.
✧ Hateful or discriminatory content.

✦ Prices/Payment ✦

✦ Prices are listed on Ko-fi, I take payment through it as well.✧ Please read my Terms of Service before commissioning so we can avoid misunderstandings and refunds. Feel free to request after you've done so, and thank you for considering commissioning me! :)

✦ FAQ ✦

✦ How do I commission you?✧ You can submit your commission request through my Ko-fi page!✦ Why is the turnaround time up to 5 days?✧ Unlike my teen years with endless free time, I’m an adult balancing university, an irl relationship, chores, and everyday responsibilities.✦ Why do you draw personal art between commissions?✧ Working on personal art in-between client pieces helps me prevent burnout. I don't believe in rushing or putting out half-hearted work, so taking those small breaks ensures every commission gets my best effort.✦ What happens if the client doesn't respond? If I need your feedback or approval and you don't respond, your commission will be temporarily put on hold. I'll move on to other commissions in the meantime. Once you respond, your commission will be resumed when possible.
